V. Purpose of Personal Data Processing. The personal data held by Cía. Hotelera de la Mesa S.A. de C.V., according to the relationship with the Owner, will be used for the following main purposes:

    • Provision of tourist and commercial services.
    • Provision of banquet services.
    • Provision of event organization services.

Additionally, we will use your personal information for the following secondary purposes:

VI. Mechanisms to express refusal for secondary or ancillary purposes. II. Cía. Hotelera de la Mesa, S.A de C.V, through the Department of Personal Data, will respond to your request within ten business days following its submission, using the same means through which the request was submitted.

VII. Transfer of Personal Data to a Third Party. Cía. Hotelera de la Mesa, S.A de C.V may transfer the personal data it holds within the country to Banking Institutions for the collection of charges made to the client and to authorities, government agencies, and institutions to comply with their obligations according to laws and regulations.
Likewise, it may transfer personal data within or outside the country to companies belonging to the same corporate group, subcontracted third parties, or related to the provision of marketing services or market studies, collection management, banquets or restaurant services, decoration, digital media, and software.

VIII. ACCEPTANCE or Denial of the Transfer of your Personal Data. By providing us with your personal data, you also accept the transfer of information of your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph (VII). If not, you will be informed by sending an email addressed to our Department of Personal Data or through written notification to the contact details indicated in point (II).

IX. Means and Procedure for exercising ARCO Rights*. To access the personal data that Cía. Hotelera de la Mesa, S.A. de C.V. holds, as well as to rectify them in case they are inaccurate or incomplete, to cancel them, or to oppose their processing for certain purposes, you can notify in writing, attention to the Department of Personal Data, at the address at Blvd. Gustavo Díaz Ordaz #12828 Fraccionamiento Del Prado, Postal Code 22440, in the city of Tijuana, Baja California.   • Description of the personal data on which you intend to exercise any ARCO right.
  • Any other element that allows the location of personal data and attention to the request.

X. Mechanisms and Procedures to revoke Consent to the Processing of Personal Data. At any time, you can revoke the consent you may have granted for the processing of your personal data or limit its use or disclosure to Cía. Hotelera de la Mesa, S.A. De C.V., however, it is important to note that the request may not be addressed or the use concluded immediately in all cases, as it may be necessary to continue processing your personal data due to a legal obligation.
